Project: County ICT Index Development and Implementation

A. Overview TESPOK (Technology Service Providers of Kenya) is a leading industry association committed to advancing the ICT sector in Kenya. We provide a range of programs and foster strategic partnerships designed to support technology service providers, enhance industry standards, and drive innovation. Our initiatives are aimed at fostering collaboration, enhancing knowledge, and promoting a conducive environment for the growth of the ICT sector. TESPOK is seeking a qualified consultant to assist in the development and implementation of a County ICT Index. This project aims to assess and improve county ICT governance and services through a comprehensive index. The consultant will be remunerated based on the deliverables specified below.
