The Kenya Internet Exchange Point (KIXP) operated by Technology Service Providers of Kenya (TESPOK), is a crucial hub for internet exchange traffic in the region. In line with TESPOK’s commitment to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration among the ICT operators, TESPOK is excited to host the first KIXP Tech Day event for 2025. The event will bring together network engineers and industry experts to delve into discussions and share insights into Internet peering ecosystem. Our datacenter partner for this KIXP Tech Day will be IX Africa Data Centre.
KIXP Tech Day Objectives
- The event aims at providing network engineers with a forum to exchange ideas, experiences and best practices related to Fibre infrastructure and internet exchange peering.
- Promote Innovative Solutions and emerging trends in BGP routing and internet peering.
- The forum will offer technical sessions to enhance participants’ understanding and skills in IP Transit and Colocation.
- The forum will also facilitate networking and collaboration among participants from different organizations and sectors.
